Sleep (25): 7–9 hours earns 25; 6 or 10 hours earns 18; 5 or 11 hours earns 10; further from range earns less.
Meditation (25): 20 minutes earns the full 25; partial minutes earn proportional credit.
Nutrition (25): protein-rich breakfast (3), omega-3 (2), water up to 8 glasses (4), vegetables up to 3 servings (6), fruit up to 2 (3), whole grains up to 3 (3), lean protein up to 2 (2), nuts (1), olive oil (1). Fried/fast food (−3 each), baked goods and sweets (−2), refined grains (−1), and unhealthy drinks (−2) subtract, never below zero.
